WORST PROPERTY COMPANY EVER!!! EMBARRASSING BAD SERVICE.

This is the WORST of the WORSTEST companies I've ever had to deal with. I app**** for accommodation a month before moving in, paid my rent 3 weeks before the move in date only ti be told on the day of moving in that the place I had paid for had already been paid for when I made my payment. I went back home in July as I was then homeless and didn't get paid as I did not go to work on that month. Following which an agent by the name of Hlamulo found a new place for me that is below substandard to stay at which messed up my whole work plan. I moved into the new place only to find it had not been cleaned and all the repairs that had to be done not done. I'm talking about a door that doesn't lock, taps only running cold water, geysers not working, lifts broken, steps ALSO broken. Never mind that, they wanted to charge me utilities for the month of July that I was in KZN, HOMELESS. They were calling me and harassing me every day despite the rent being fully paid for the month of August that I moved in on. In August, before month end, I reported that I would pay my rent late for September as I was awaiting payment into my account. I sent them proof that I am waiting for my payment. The caretaker switched off my lights and told me that he will only get instructions from the office to put them back on. Mind you I've already submitted the proof that I have funds but awaiting payment into my account. I tried calling Sibusiso, the credit controller to speak to the caretaker. He is ignoring my emails, texts and phone calls so my lights are still out. From day 1,they were horrible!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, AT ALL!!!
