WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE IN.
I'm a tenant at Rosewood Complex Honeypark. I've made several complaints about the level of noise from my neighbor downstairs. Both the security guards and Lawrence the "so called" caretaker fail to assist. Mafadi doesn't care about their tenants and it really frustrating and pathetic. Homely cannot wait to move out. It's 3am at the moment and there's a party down stairs again under lockdown. My kids and I cannot sleep. This place and it's management is joke. Im actually starting to hate it here. One big circus!

Please kindly be advised that we were not aware of this situation and our main priority is to ensure that you and your family are happy in your home and you should in no way be inconvenienced in this case be unable to sleep due to other tenants who are preventing you from doing so. This has been escalated to the property manager who will ensure that your stay at Rosewood is much more pleasant and this is addressed.
In situations where the security guard and caretaker are not taking matters seriously, Please would you ensure to call our office and we will ensure that it is sorted out.
