If U ever stupidly decide to work with them, you will regret it. The only person that assisted with my refund was a lady called Miera. I rate her 10. As for the rest, ******! *DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAFADI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT* At some stage they said I owe them R96k rent out of the blue in the middle of a lease that was up to date, I confronted their idiot agent Dimakatso, she apologised and said it was an error on their side. After a good fight I got my deposit, however I still hate them
