Worst experience ever

This has been the worst experience I have ever had trying to rent a property. Mafadi Property’s sales team is completely disorganised, unprofessional, and frankly an embarrassment to the Mafadi brand.

The sales agents I dealt with, Mthoko and Mandy, showed a shocking lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service. Communication was poor, follow-ups were nonexistent, and despite my clear intention to rent, I was left frustrated and wasting time.

For a company operating in property, where professionalism and trust are critical, this level of service is unacceptable.

I strongly urge management to urgently review the performance of all sales agents and conduct a thorough assessment of staff conduct, training, and accountability. If this is the standard Mafadi Property accepts, then potential tenants should be very cautious.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Mafadi Property unless serious internal changes are made.
