Worst apartment agents in SA

<p>Please don't put yourself through the horror of leaseing with these guys. thier apartments are simply life threatning, their staff IS as compitent as a rock's ability to move. When moving out, the will bill you for the damages that you found when moving in. worst of all, all their contact numbers are useless or unregistered. I send this plea to all leassees, heed this instruction for your own well being and sanity. DO NOT USE MAFADI PROPERTIES. I have been dealing with a certain person who simply ignores all my emails. I have been waiting for a whole month for them to do an inspection so they can refund my money, and this is after giving them a 30 day notice before vacating the apartment, no response whatsoever. They take advantage of the little guys.</p>
