Whilst I am not happy with the management of our complex overall, Samantha Janse van Rensburg has been a breath of fresh air within Mafadi. Samantha always takes my calls and gets back to me when she says that she will. She is very patient and understanding and she always goes above and beyond to assist me when needed. I truly wish that Mafadi hired more employees like Samantha as she is a trooper and a shining light within your organization. I can imagine how difficult her job is from what I have witnessed firsthand. How the tenants and owners within my complex treat her is appalling to say the least and I have even been guilty of treating her very badly in the past. In my opinion, Samantha should be rewarded for her consistency and professionalism as she is a pleasure to deal with.
