Where is my deposit?

I have been renting with Mafadi for over 4 years and have never had any issues with them when Angela was working there. Now I am having issues getting my deposit back. I was told it would be in my account within 14 days after my move. The new property manager for Colosseum assured me he'd email me before the end of the day, I have received nothing from him. I phoned and was told Colosseum is not on their property list. How? When I have been renting there for 2 years. Do they not realize that people have financial obligations or do they just simply not care? I had to physically go to their offices just to get assistance moving out. They lost really good competent staff because the quality of their service now is ridiculous.
