Where is my deposit!?

I used to live at Green Oaks Complex which is ran by Mafadi. I moved out in October 2023 and to date i haven't received my deposit back. Godfrey last sent me a msg saying I damaged the property when it was the contractors who did so, I provided proof that I told the caretaker about this and nothing was done via email and whatsapp. Now I get no response or update. its been 4 months since moved out and this is my last resort before I lodge a complaint with the Rental Tribunal. If you want peace of mind, stay away from any property managed by mafadi.
