On Monday, at about midday, 12 January 2026, I phoned Mafadi Property Management, who manage our complex adjacent to Cedar Square Shopping Centre. I spoke with the senior portfolio manager to inform him that the storm on Friday, 9 January 2026, had damaged my roof and fascia. He later confirmed my notification by email at 15:23pm and copied it to another staff member at Mafadi. It is now Friday, 16 January 2026, and no roof repair company has been out to check or assess matters. I phoned Mafadi at 15:15 today, 16 January 2026, and after half an hour of waiting on the phone because the message kept stating I was number one in the queue, I gave up waiting any longer. A roof problem is a serious problem and should be given priority the same as plumbing, drainage and electrical issues. Since there has been no service, Mafadi doesn't even deserve the one red star on HelloPeter. There are other owners in my complex experiencing problems just like me.
