VIOLATION OF RIGHTS

This company does not care about the laws of the country.They violate tenants rights as if they are not protected

If a tenant is late on rental payment or they cannot find proof of payment their power is cut until they produce proof of payment.

The caretaker Lawrence is arrogant is tells tenants he will not connect the power until the pay.Isn't that the vialotion of PIE ACT 19 OF 1998?

The ACT clearly states the landlord cannot disconnect power or cut water supply.

With Mafadi it is possible and the caretaker has the guts to tell tenants that they cannot do anything.The units are filthy,****roaches,furniture is falling apart.You complain about the conditions it takes month to fix the problems.
