Very *********** staff.

Their staff is so *********** when it comes to attending complaints about something eg a Gyser that’s not working. Imagine showering with cold water for 3 weeks. Even though I pay rent upfront, I’m always ahead when it come to rent but I still receive a letter of demand every month. I spoke to Sbusiso Mthethwa about this , he promised to have resolved the issue but still. Every month they ask me to send them POP from the first month I took occupancy. Very frustrating.
