Very disappointed and unprofessional Manager

I have entered the Wedge Apartment Estherpark September , then October i reported the stove which has faults and now it has damaged My Tv due to electrical Shock and the Apartment Manager Tonde Mangena tells me that they wont fix my tv its not their problem , they have sent many electricians to look onto the stove and advised Tonde that the whole stove needs replacement but he insisted on fixing one plate ,i cant use oven even cook on other plates coz it shock and come off on the main switches ,

i need intervention on this matter .

i am really disappointed that one day i will be not home and my kids will burn by this stove .

i withholded the rent in order my unit to be fixed but they charged me , why ??
