Useless Property Management
I have been sending WhatsApp texts on your "WhatsApp line" since it started for maintenance before then I have spoken with the caretaker about the maintenance issue in my place and no one has attended to my call yet you call yourselves the "Hands-On Property Mangers" . One missed payment, you block my electricity meter. Please tell me which section of the constitution gives you the right to block my meter? You took the law into your own hands, without following the proper channels of the law. Unblock my meter it is ******** what you are doing.

27 Dec 2023, 18:45Can you guys advise on the reading management fees we are paying? What is it dependent on? When Bongi was still in credit I didn't pay for that. Then Kim came along and all she said was it was an error it was supposed to be shown and we pay for it. Just like that no explanation, and it changes monthly. My water bill for December was R248.60 and the reading fees was R117.79. The Januar 2024water bill is R270.06 and the reading fee is R114.95. Please explain.
It's really unfair of y'all to just charge things and not explain. We are just expected to pay without questioning.
