Useless and ***********!!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from MAFADI

I hope i can save 1 person with this review.

If anyone ever consider renting from Mafadi Property Management please take your money, time and effort too a company that actually do something for their tenants.

Save yourself the frustration, airtime and time you waste on these people. VERY fast too come throw a piece of **** paper under my door that i owe them money when it was paid but reporting issues/maintenance and getting things done you have a better chance of winning the lotto than getting things done.

I have been waiting now 2 weeks for someone too come fix the ****ing fiber cable so that i can get fiber. Lawrence... what a guy and not even too mention Clinton. Never gets back too you if he does its excuses on excuses with no answers. Lawrence i am quite sure doesnt even know he is working there.

i waited almost 2 months for a broken window that someone broke trying too break in and stole my stuff out of my window.

And not too add how unprofessional the contractors are especially when you are a woman.

Im really enjoying the new toilet also that i sat the whole day and waited for that as well oh and also my oven from almost 2 years back i reported it... baking like a champ thanks guys its burning everything too ash.

I can not stretch enough how excited, happy and relieved i am that i am moving out end of July and i do not have too deal with this useless company and pay them another cent.

I wish someone would open a case against them or start something against them because no one deserves too be treated this poorly and i am very sure they are breaking a few laws regarding tenants and their rights.
