unsafe place to rent

I moved in Nov with a vehicle which is advised the agent I have. I was told about the parking payment. I paid all monied to move in upon my move in date no parking was still allocated. the caretaking assisted me with a temporary spot which I had to buy my own remote (R250) in order for my vehicle to be safe. because its an open unallocated spot every now and then I would find other people parked there and again I have to see myself. I have been following up for parking and being told its been escalated to management. 3 months later I wake up to my car being vandalized, windscreen shuttered and car scratch. I advise management and was told again they are still working on parking issue. meanwhile I am liable for the damages of my car. worst the incident happened on a rainy day. meaning since I don't have a windscreen rain will come into the car obviously causing further damage. the property manager again said I must see myself with this issue.

I then parked next to a sheltered place next to an empty unoccupied parking lot. to my surprise 6AM in the morning a got a bang at my door of a total strange man swearing and threating me to move and never park my car again. I don't know how a random stranger can find my unit and have the right to do such. as I am writing I am scared to go back to my place as 1 my car has no parking and I suffer possible further damage and 2 no one cares as long as they have there rent I Guess

we live in a country with high GBV the malicious act to may car and strange man knocking on my door is a total reflag of the safety of this place.

my advise do not move in with empty promises
