Unpleasent experience

The email below is a copy of what I sent Mafada on May 23, 2016. After several attempts no one wants to take resposnibility for it. I have even complained about the lift that breaks every 3 days, sometimes inconnviniecning me with my sound equipment that I have to carry up the stairs. I'm a musician and carry sound and intruments almost everyday becasue its what I do for a living. But the below is what I'm complaining about. Now I got invoiced full amount when I feel ****** for last month's experience. People need to know what they get themselves into when they sign up with Mafadi Property, its not fair to take people's money only for them to experience half experiences of what was promised.

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint about the recent experience that I encountered as a resident at Mafadi premises (Rand Daily mail)

The long story short is that I had 12 days of my room stove not working. Even after Mr Admire (caretaker) made several enquires to relevant management on when the matter was going to be addressed.

This cost me dearly because one budgets for the month and buys groceries to use or rather cook in the evening. However I was forced to buy food everyday for 12 days for Lunch and supper, as I normally make a lunch box to work and cook later.

My concern is that management of Mafadi knows how to send me statements of invoices delivered to my room and via mail (of which I have never skipped), but did not have the courtesy to send an email of apology or rather relay the message to Mr Admire. This is not a nice way of doing business at all and makes one question their stay at the premises. I'm certainly disappointed with this treatment and would like to know what is management going to do with the 12 days I experienced, which resulted in unplanned financial expenditure? I paid R3200 beginning of the month of which I feel ****** for.
