<p>Please do not rent with these agents.They do not maintain the properties,they raise your rent without informing you.They cut your utilities if you dont pay by the 4th of the month even though you pay your rental regularly and on time and just have one month late due to month end falling over a weekend.</p> <p>The exact same unit you lease for eg R8800.00 (occupioed by 3 people)will be leased to another tenant for R6300.00 (occupied by 6people) They are the worst agents I have ever had to deal with and the sad part is that nothing gets done about how they treat elderly people in the complex who pay their rent on time and gets treated like ****</p>
