I would like to bring to your attention the condition we are currently experiencing at our building.

We live in a 2 bedroom unit 96 at 33 Macintyre and both our bedroom have a serious leakage problem. We have reported this issue countless times with no assistance.

I am very disappointed in the kind of management we are receiving from Mafadi property, we always make sure to pay our rent on time, in full every month.

Should this issue not be resolved by the rent date, we are left with no option but to look for repair services elsewhere and use the rent money to fix these problems.
