********* behaviour of the Caretaker towards tenants

I am up to here with the caretaker at Palm Springs Cosmo City. When i first got here he asked me out and i told him no. As soon as he saw the guy friends i have made in the complex he started to be ugly and unprofessional. He did the same thing with one of our lady friend who he also asked out and she rejected him now he has a personal vendetta with all of us. He doesnt follow house rules and gives us rediculous amounts of penalties for things we did not do. When we ask him for the date of the event he says we broke the rules he doesnt respond bacause his allegations do not exist!He is not managing this complex with the level of professionalism we would expect. He even came straight to my face and told me that he can fine me 10k if he wanted and if i decide to take him to court he would still win the case. He personally told us that we cannot touch him even if we tried. I personally dont have any peace of mind and my life is being threatened on a daily basis. When i ask higher management for assistance they just bluetick me. Even the security company they hired are ****** themselves. They ***** from us, smoke **** and drink on duty. We have proof of all this.
