Tower House poor property management

Tower House von Brandis is a terrible horra to live in they don't care about tenants lifts no never work neither is the ever electricity they do not communicate with tenants please rent else this poorly managed building is the really unsafe to live in. Not forgetting that there is no generator so always having water shortages no communication you will be ridiculed for asking anything worst building in CBD they treat you like you don't pay rent
