They don't care about their tenants - Don't even bother

I paid R8000 into Mafadis account by mistake on the 13 December 2019. I immediately phoned Nedbank and requested a reversal of funds. Patrick, who I believe is the Director, declined my banks request to recall MY MONEY! It's the 08 January now. I've sent emails, made phone calls to Mafadi. My mother has done the same. I had informed Angela that I need the refund done before I get back to work. I'm at work today and my daughter is at home with a nanny because I haven't paid her fees. I am furious and will be ending my lease with them. I've also contacted the Housing Rental Tribunal and am working to get this resolved on their end cause I'm tired of dealing with these ************.
