Dear Mafadi Manager,

I was attending a meeting and Simpiwe came to cut my lights off.

I really don’t understand why? My rent was paid POP even sent to Lesego for an amount of 5,500.00 ZAR.

Simpiwe keeps on bring the bill with the previous tenant, I paid the full amount for a new lease agreement. Lesego agreed to keep the previous deposit.

It’s shocking to see Siphiwe to continue giving his arrogance! What action will be taken against Simphiwe? I was attending a meeting and could not participate because WIFI was turned off.

Lesego informed me 30 minutes ago that someone would come and switch the lights on but still no sign of Simphiwe. I was cursed by Simphiwe and feel extremely unhappy with what transpired.

Simphiwe has no right to continue treating clients like this! He could not even explain what the outstanding amount is for!

Please note that I have not yet received my new lease agreement. I received the email below from my ex and was shocked to see that my name is not on the invoice 4 months after.

Is this a lack of focus & professionalism from Siphiwe? No one came to help fix the stove, plugs nor the kitchen light till today.

I stayed here for 6 years saw Berry, Steven and now the arrogant Lawrence (it’s shocking). When we don’t pay rent we get harassed but we cannot harass Lawrence for lack of service delivery.

I wish to serve notice to vacate Unit 63 Rosewood on the 01/05/2021.
