The worst property management company

Unfortunately there isnt a negative rating but this company deserves a negative 10. They are the worst property management company, do not enlist your property with them.

When I bought my property it was managed by another company then Mafadi took over, not sure if they bought the previous company. Every single month since they took over has been something. Some months I dont get rental income without any explantation, some months you get the rental but its already towards the end of the month. They ignore calls and emails even if you escalate to COO level, nothing gets done. They dont do the due diligence in ensuring transition between tenants and the necessary reports are done. They deduct monies off your account without getting approval from you. It is a hot mess

Also from a tenant point of view, the lock out tenants in error, they dont double check their records.

They are a nightmare to work with! Do not do it
