The worst experience ever

It's so disappointing to pay so much money for such a small space and to top that off the security guard treats you like he somehow subsidized your rent payment. So an incident happened involving my partner and the security guard so the security manager came to resolve the issue. As I was talking to the Security manager I raised a complaint that actually that particular security guard is very rude and has a bad attitude. One of the incidents I had with him was when I went into the building using my fingerprint and because I had forgotten something I had to quickly go out to fetch it then go into the building again. But now the fingerprint access has been set that once you go in you can't go in using the same print in less than 5 minutes or so. So obviously I had to ask the guard to please open for me, but then the guard gave me attitude and was reluctant to give me the key so I can open and go in. Now when I tell the security manager he then tells me that the security guard was actually right to give me that attitude and be reluctant to open for me because his job is not to open for tenants and it's his choice if he wants to open or not. Well this is the biggest nonsense I have even heard from anyone, or maybe it's just me and I'm not so clued up on the security's responsibilities. But it just doesn't make sense that a security guard has the discretion to open for a tenant who he knows very well that I stay in the building and I had just used my fingerprint like 2 minutes ago. Renting a place in Johannesburg town doesn't mean that one should be exploited like this, most of the time these security guards they always want you to give them money for stupid reasons just so you can stay in their good books. I need clarity on this because I pay my rent every month and don't find it fair that a security guard is making me feel unwelcome at my own place while he can't even afford to be staying here. I am definitely moving out from this place, for the amount I am paying I can even afford to stay in a townhouse where one doesn't get insulted like this by security guards. I wouldn't even advise anyone to stay here because it is infiltrated with ****roaches and the building structure has no ventilation and things are always braking with no force.
