The trustees of the Monte Carlo Body Corporate made the decision to change from our previous Managing Agent a few years ago based on their pricing and very transparent online portal which allows trustees to see exactly what is going on in the complex at all times. After a rocky start, due mainly to a terrible handover by the previous Managing Agent, the Trustees are happy with Mafadi Property Management. The Portfolio Manager and Operations Manager assigned to our complex have been excellent in bringing calm to the complex, and keeping us up to date with maintenance whilst effectively balancing available funds. The complex is much more stable, and in a much better position now than it was prior to appointing Mafadi Property Management.
