The premises are clean and the caretaker Zama makes sure they always are. The only problem with the property is electricity of which when i ask the caretaker why we dont have electricity, he will respond by saying that the property manager did not send it. The month of August we stayed a whole week without electricity thus no excess to water and food was spoilt. And the caretaker cannot do anything about that as he does not buy but it is sent by the PM.
