The agency does not even deserve a 1 star

The agency does not even deserve a 1 star. I’ve had the worst experience with Mafadi, I honestly thought when I spoke to Kelvin things would change but clearly I was wrong. I have been paying my rental monthly with no issues and had sent a notice. I have moved out of the apartment and Mafadi calls me claiming that I owe them +-1500 fro the deposit and contract renewal???? How? I did not even receive any contract but they expect me to pay, saying if I don’t pay they will put me as a bad payer on TPN. This agency is a **** and very unprofessional, even the owner of the flat does not want to use them anymore because they are a ****. I have been sending requests since last year for the maintenance team to sort out something in the unit but they keep promising to come and now that I have moved out they calling me asking me for this nonsense! So quick to ask for money but don’t deliver!! Use a different agency because They DONT PAY BACK deposit even when you have paid rent. A very gatvol unhappy tenant!!!
