Highly unprofessional and *********. You put an insurance claim in for your own place, the insurer pays Mafadi, but Mafadi will try to delay the payment to the contractor as long as they possibility could.

They so called "forget" to put the increase of levies on the statements, and the following month you have to pay the extra (increased amount) for the previous month as well.

They falsely accuse owners of levies in arrears (and put their admin funds on your account), when clearly stated on THEIR own statement that its been payed in the correct time period. This ONLY gets sorted out when you get ugly with them.

They ***** money from innocent people. DO NOT EVER make use of this shady managing agents. The best example of DAYLIGHT *******!!!
