Terrible service

Courtleigh building in Yeoville, terrible service indeed, been complaining about hot water for 2 and half years now and their rates keeps on sky rocketing and still now no hot water but I pay full rental and still need to boils water for 2 and half years using 20lts baskets Management no action just 😒
