TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-CHANCE TAKERS

Absolutely terrible management!!!!! Forte Complex in Midrand has not had electricity since Tuesday morning, COJ came to cut the power at 10am, they were aware that COJ would cut the power and didn’t bother to inform tenants. We had to find out from the security!!! It’s Friday, electricity has still not been restored, food is rotting in the fridge-an absolutely mess. We would’ve never been in this situation if they were giving COJ what’s due to the since electricity is pre-paid. Then the want to blame the issue on people not paying levies, levis and electricity are two unrelated costs otherwise they would’ve also cut the water as well.
