Tenant complaint

I'm so devastated writing this massage. My sister and I looked for a place to rent out and happend to like one of properties that are under Mafadi Property Management. Redeemed Haven to be specific. We went to view the apartment 5 days ago and we liked. The property was dirty and there's some other faults like painting,plugs and few things to mention since there were tenants obviously before us. The parson that was helping us with the application and all the process is Ndumiso, who is now not answering any of our calls when we're trying to reach out. The lady( whom I don't know her name) who's apparently a caretaker there. We spoke to her and she promised to fix all that is needed for us to move in. We paid all the fees needed to be paid. Now we want to move in either kids and not having a place to stay another moment. Since we were waiting for almost 4 days for them to paint the apartment. When I chat to the caretaker she said it would be something for only 2 days to be fixed. Now she's just arguing with me when I'm asking how far is the painting and telling me that I should just wait for her to do what she can and that I'm talking too much.

Someone please assist with this we have small children that need to go to school tomorrow and we don't have a a home.
