Still waiting for my deposit refund from Mafadi, I was told they are still waiting for January water reading but the water reading statement I got for January before I moved out. New tenants has moved into the unit I lived in but I still have not received my deposit. By LAW a tenant is only allowed to wait 7 days and max 14 days. I want MY DEPOSIT, The caretaker is ignoring my messages!!! Why don't you want to PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT???
