Still waiting for deposit

I viewed a show room at Greenshank, we thought it looked great, so Dzunani told us to pay a fee so we can secure places. We'd like to view. We paid the fee, saw the available apartments, we were not pleased with them. SO we requested the fee back,

it's been 3 weeks now, that Dzunani has promised to pay my deposit. I asked for the proof of payment, as he kept saying it's paid.

Only yesterday they tell me, it bounced back due to the account number being wrong. I admit it was my fault. So I asked them to do it again, I was referred to Dineo, and seeing the comments on her about Dineo. I do not think it will be smooth sailing. Can I please get the money that's owed to me.

I did not even move into the place, so it shouldn't take this long.
