Stay away from Mafadi

If you are looking for accommodation in randburg stay far away from Mafadi Property Management. They do not do things according to the lease agreement. On the lease it states that if your rent is late you will be charged a penalty fee of R200 but what they don’t tell you is that they will cut your water and electricity. They also lie about a laundromat, gym and free WiFi. There is none of that. Their flat 304 Oak Avenue is the dirtiest flat I’ve ever seen. Their agents are the rudest people ever. Do not find accomodation with them.
