Spha the caretaker. Thinks he owns the place. No customer service. He tells tenants that he will beat them if they have complaints. Won't recommend this place to anyone . They always put a charge of r500 that you made noise even if you are not around the complex. He always take bribe to noise makers and charge to innocent people. I have seen him taking a r100 bribe and shared with the security guys
