Siphokazi Matyalana (Credit Controller) and Arnold Mabeba (Caretaker) horrible service

I’ve reached my breaking point with the shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect shown by Mafadi Property Management. Specifically, Siphokazi Matyalana (Credit Controller) and Arnold Mabeba (Caretaker) have proven time and time again that they are incapable of handling matters professionally. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with your team, but it’s definitely the worst.

Let me break this down for you:

Recently, a security guard came to me with instructions to contact the credit controller about the unit I live in. First of all, let’s get this straight—I’m NOT the leaseholder for this unit. Despite that, I went out of my way to provide the contact details for the actual leaseholder. Did that stop Siphokazi from harassing me? Of course not. Instead of following the correct process, she insisted on dragging me into this situation for reasons I can only describe as *********** and outright disrespectful.

It’s clear to me that this ridiculous targeting stems from Arnold Mabeba, who decided to take things personally when I pointed out how *********** he is. Instead of addressing my concerns like a professional, he’s chosen to act petty and vindictive. He’s ignoring tenancy laws and has instructed Siphokazi to bypass the proper leaseholder and deal directly with me—this is both unacceptable and *********.

Now let’s talk about Siphokazi Matyalana’s behavior. Her lack of professionalism is astounding. When she can’t answer questions or realizes she’s contradicted herself, she simply hangs up the phone. That’s not just rude—it’s a slap in the face to someone trying to get clarity in an already frustrating situation. This is not how a credit controller—or anyone in a customer-facing role—should behave.

Let me make this clear: I am absolutely done with this nonsense. The way I’ve been treated is disgusting, and I will not stand for it anymore.

Here’s what I expect: Stop contacting me immediately regarding anything to do with this unit—I am NOT the leaseholder. Redirect all communication to the actual leaseholder, as you should have done from the beginning. Fix your internal processes because clearly, your team lacks the basic skills to handle these matters professionally. If I hear from you or your team again regarding this situation, I will take further action. This includes escalating the matter to relevant authorities, exposing your behavior on every platform available, and pursuing legal avenues if necessary.
