Having met with multiple challenges since purchasing an apartment and struggling to get responses from Mafadi, for the first time since I bought the apartment in January 2023, Ms Letsele is the first person who has responded to all my emails and telephone calls with the most gracious patience and understanding. I have received advise and comfort from her throughout and I know that since she started engaging with me, I have comfort knowing that my future challenges WILL be dealt with by a person who appreciates her position to assist us and to give us patience.
