Sihle Dube is extremely arrogant, disrespectful and useless. Do NOT let from Mafadi if you don't want headaches. My rent was paid on time, but my power is off for days!!

Sihle Dube has to be the most useless person to deal with. My January rent was paid on time but somehow Mafadi decides to my power off. It's been 4 days and no power. I can't even go to work. I contacted Mafadi, and initially took my calls. I was told I am being forwarded to this Sihle character.

She began shouting at me when I told her that she is turning off my power even though my rent is paid. She said they will switch it on when they make sure I paid my rent. I paid my rent Jan rent on time. It's been 4 days and they haven't turned on my power.

My groceries in the freezer are now rotten, I can't shower or cook. It's been four days.

I am going to the Clientele legal and the rental tribunal today and reporting Sihle for putting myself and my family through this.

Mafadi, you listen to me to me you filthy rats- payback is coming.
