Shocking Service - stay away

Shocking service! They are charging us recoveries that have been specifically excluded in the signed lease agreement. Their legal knowledge is absolutely shocking. We have to constantly phone and mail te get responses, then their maintenance team lies about planning to attend to matters. We are sitting with broken windows, a leaking roof and a long list of snags that's been outstanding for over 12 months. I would urge any landlord to stay far away from theses guys!!
