Security Issues

Hi My Name is Noluthando....I am a tenant at Black ****** Unit 106...we recently had a power outage which we are that it was a problem from City...but we are concerned about security since when the us no power the gate doest lock and cameras do not work.... We recently had a break in where our valuables were inside our unit...we have reported before that our door doest lock properly about a month ago now....it was fixed so the door is still not fixed and our is still not fixed and it has been 3 days since the incident nothing has been and police have called us to ask if all safety measures have put in place but we since not received any help from management and we have continuously reminding them regarding this issue....we are really not happy with the treatment we have receive could we please have this take with serious urgency.
