Sectional Title Mis-Management Do NOT APPOINT

Sectional Title Mismanagement!! Total Disregard for STMSA, Property Rights If their was a zero star I would have used that.

We appointed Mafadi to take over from our previous, property management company. Well be warned DO NOT APPOINT these people, or expect them to protect you or your property rights or act with any knowledge or regard for the STMSA.

As an owner you will be shunned, your queries will go unanswered, you suppliers will not be paid bar themselves, you will be denied access to all records and bank statements. You will be billed special levies at the drop of a hat. Your requests for help, clarity and transparency will be ignored. When you pay the suppliers yourself, they refuse to credit your account, we are talking Eskom here.

You will be charged for debt collection notices and attorneys fees, when your account is a total mess and they cannot sort it.

They also do not reconcile Eskom and COJ accounts correctly and when you discover another owner has not been billed for consumption you are ignored.

Your scheme will end up in complete disarray. We have been advised to appoint Executive management which is now being slowed. When you request a list of trustees and their contact details and who the chairman is you are ignored, I assume in a bid to prevent you going to CSOS.

Just run in the opposite direction.
