Save yourself, DON'T rent with these people!

I've resorted to Hello Peter. I honestly don't understand how you guys have been in business for so long. You must know people in very high places. The law does not exist in your Mickey Mouse operation. This is a joke of a company to say the least. The matter has been ongoing for months and months. I'm constantly being harassed by these people. They are ***** and ******* and I honestly would not advise anyone to rent with these people. They completely disregard the law in their dealings and I wish someone had told me about them. I moved in July 2017 and they have billing me incorrectly. I addressed with them, they said they would look into it and they never did instead I get letters threatening to evict me and blacklist me.

I've approached a number of people and they never respond to any of my emails. Even resorted to whatsapps but all I get is blue ticks. Emailed this Bee person and the people just simply refuse to respond. They are threatening to evict me as I refuse to pay the money that they billing me as it was not in the lease. I don't understand why they have lease agreements as they don't adhere to them.

They talk about rental increases but their building is a dump. The building is in Ferndale. They have rodents and massive ****roaches that fly. I've had to do my own mini-fumigation and I have toddler in the house so you can imagine the health hazard. The places don't get fumigated. They have 50 people (******* immigrants) occupying one flat and I'm supposed to pay water for those people even though I only stay with one adult in my flat. There's no body corporate thus no immediate person to report these issues to. The caretaker will always tell you that he doesn't know anything yet he'll be creeping into my flat delivering letters of demand. The place never gets cleaned. They stopped bringing in the security guard during the day cause apparently they can no longer afford to bring him in so he only comes in at night. Their gate never works so anyone can come in and out of the building as they please. They dustbins stay in the corridors reeking up the place for the whole week. You're even ashamed to bring visitors as the place reeks! That one security guard is always drunk on weekends. Our safety is at risk. Our health is at risk. I can go on and on. I'm just wondering what the rental increase is for exactly?? Enlighten me.. I've emailed Clinton, Bee, Jacob and NOTHING.

They probably won't respond to this. I'm appealing to anyone who can see this, please help us do something about these people. My biggest fear now after reading these HP reviews is that I won't get my deposit back when I get a decent place to stay.
