Kagiso Morulani is the RUDESSSSTTTT human being to be in customer service. How Mafadi picks such to deal with their tenants is above me or maybe it is the slogan of Mafadi ....MAFADI PROPERTIES, WHERE BEING HUMAN IS A CRIME!!! She will speak to you anyhow she pleases, she will drop the phone on you, she will ignore your calls and messages...the company has a culture of just IGNORING people. They have old expensive buildings that they dont maintain yet they will act like they are doing you a favor!! Please dont even respond to say you will forward to the office etc., because you do nothing about these situations, people haveee beeen complaining, you simply DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE and KARMA WILL LOCATE YOU!!!
