Rude securities

Good day

I am currently situated at palm Springs in Cosmo city honestly I wouldn't complain about the place or care taker But I have a problem with securities,more especially day shift securities they are rude and stinking attitude

The is a gate at the back not sure if it is allowed to operate,when you go ask security to go open for you they will give you stinking attitude but if you do have money for cold drink they open running

And when you ask them why do you always open if we got money and when we dnt have money you dnt open they will tell you that u just a tenant hurtful words will come out

Please assist with Palm Springs day shift securities THEY ARE RUDE UNPROFFESSIONAL

Can I please ask if the gate at the back it is allowed to operate if not why isn't operating because we have difficulties more especially if you dnt have car and got lots of groceries
