The credit controller (Kim) is very rude, you can't work with people and be that rude. A mere question on how they calculated the increase she's being horrid about it. And what other amounts are for like deposit charge, and lease control fees. She can't explain. The motto for 'hands on property management' is false. I've been waiting for an explanation on reading management fees nothing. They should change their motto to "Don't care, lease with us at your own risk" The treatment is appalling!!
