Rude arrogant manager

I would like to share my utter disappointment in having mafadi as an estate agent. Joeleen the Durban manager has no regard for any other human being. She is rude arrogant and has no customer service skills whatsoever I was being incorrectly billed for electricity and she refused to correct it. Sent me incorrect amounts continously. Had to beg them in order to pay the outstanding electricity. Never again will I be dealing with such unprofessionalism
