Rude and disrespectful

my husband and i moved into rosewood complex about a month ago.Today i went to complain to my caretaker Steven (who is never there) about my dripping taps ,water which i pay and behaviour head of security;named Captain, has with regards to locking of gates, maintenance and he recorded me and when i asked he rudely rep**** that he wants to..he failed to follow correct standard measures and he even told me i talk too much then called sifiso to to confirm that he takes orders from mafadi and told me to leave.when i asked whuy he is rude he pretended to be busy writing in his book. he was so demeaning and if mafadi told him to treat residents like this then dont choose business that serves to be inhumane.
