This email was sent on the 15/12/2022 and till to date no response.

Hope this email finds you well.

kindly assist as i was the tenant at aforementioned Mafadi building and before the end of October i went to the building manager to inform him that i won't be having enough funds for the rent as i was leaving with my brothers however they moved out and the rent will be too much for me. This is very frustrating because I don't know if I will ever get my stuff back or not and I am looking for urgent assistance to get my belongings back.

Upon speaking with Thami he said he will get back to me however no response and went and tried calling him after the electricity was cut off and to check if the building has the storage to leave my stuff i didn't get the response as he said he was busy with painting. on the 15th of November he sent me a WhatsApp saying that i ran away however when i spoke to him that i can only be able to make the rental on the 26th of November 2022, on the 24th / 25th he sent me a WhatsApp saying his closing the account but now the problem is my stuff is still in the room because he said the room was locked by the office.

can i please have my stuff as i need to move them back home cause i tried to report this earlier with him but nothing happened, in those boxes in the room my college certificates and some of my clothes are there and my worry is that my stuff will get lost and i believe some of the stuff there are very personal and i need to have them with me ASAP.

please get back to you on the office phone as i lost my phone and my ID is inside the house to get the sim swap.

may you please assist me in that regard as i need to send my belongings home on Saturday.

I have been sending email for follow-up however till to date no one has responded to my email and tried to contact Phumzile no answer her line will ring until sends me back to reception.
