Rental refund complaint

Service has no place in this company. Now I am struggling to get the deposit back, it has been over 45 days since I vacated their flat in unit 207 Sefton Court which is one of their building. Wait before that, while we were in that building the same happened when requesting service assistant from their office, unless we toyi toyi and only then they attend to a request. Deposit refund is supposed to paid back within 14 days for the last date after vacating the flat. Let alone when I call the person who is said to be in charge of that, takes from pillar to post.
