Rental Deposit

I have resided within a complex managed by Mafadi Management. Any nightmare for any tenant is the timely return of their security deposit. A tenant should not have to sweat to get what is rightfully theirs when they were loyal tenants throughout the duration of the lease. I have called countless times but with no resulting action from Mafadi. I feel sad for all tenants residing at apartments managed by you should they vacate as they won't receive their deposit(s) in time. Needless to say when you are bound by all the agencies you are part of and have blogs giving people rental advice. Practice what you preach.
